Latest antrix - Shatt portals??

So what am I doing wrong, the portals in Shatt don't seem to function. There are portals outside other cities that take you places, so is it safe to think the shatt ports could be fixed easy? Surely they already would have been by now, must be something I'm overlooking, please assist, thanks!

On my server i have noticed too.

I seem to get ONE teleport or Portal and then no more untill I relog. Figured that much out at least.. Also in MC the mobs seem to run when they get low, and rush back to their start point and heal all the way ! Kinda sucks
