Ludmila v2 release (kobold v2), and problems with WS startup.

Hello all,
Is there anyone who would be able to clarify to me what is wrong with kobold v2 release based on this part of the WS log?

it still restarts again and again.

probably worldmap.dbc or it is just a matter of consequences that this file is last DBC that kobold is searching for?

Please advise, I will be grateful for any tip or hint
