Making a Macro

How would i make a macro to increment lines of code into a macro for easy copy and pasting

i want to learn spells, but instead of typing in .learn <id> over and over and over for each one

i want to make a macro where i put in 100+ learn <id>'s at a time

external program to make incremented listings and start and stop at my choosing?

then copy and paste into macro and hit it.

I have supermacro addon i can make macro with 7000 charchters max, but typing to fill it all would take days

any ideas?

this is what i need done, on a mass scale, and copy and paste into wow macro.
