When will people actually start reading the stickies and searching BEFORE they post stupid questions? This has been answered so many times that I can no longer count them on my toes and fingers... If you're going to use Hamachi, you have to set the whole server up to use your Hamachi IP address, then everyone will use that to connect to the server too.

None of the stickies said anyhting about getting your server online..and I even searched before i posted this thread. I got Hamachi to work but some people don't use it.

If you want to use Hamachi, you have to tell everyone to use it, simple as. I used to use Hamachi to avoid having to open ports in my router, but I noticed it tends to lag and causes an increase in ms.

My only question is how to make your server online / public without hamachi.

    Me appreciate post

Works great for me just what the Dr. ordered, and this is first post I found regarding the subject.

I did not have to change but one line, nothing in the mangos or realmd daemons. Just the Listen line
in http.conf in the apache/conf directory to listen to the himachi address.

Then changed my dyndns.org account to forward may website to himachi address , now web and server are available on the wan side of modem. Assume no-ip works the same as dyndns if you using.

Now if world worked right..... search on!

It's exactly the same as setting it up to work with Hamachi, except your use your server IP, which can be found by going to run, typing in cmd, then typing ipconfig when the command prompt window opens. Then, you have to open ports in your router to allow people to connect to your server.
