making wow-site public ???

hey .. how can i make my wow-site public ?? do i need to open a port , bicose if other people want to go to the site the page cannot be found ....

First of all you need a program to host your site (like easyphp, appserv or others).
I personally use appserv.

Install it, make sure that apache service is started, and open the port used by your program (usually 80 or 8080).
