[Mangos] 1.12.1 vs 1.12.2

From what I have seen, latest Mangos at this time supports both 1.12.1 as 1.12.2.
Does this mean that it would be possible to run a completely functional 1.12.2 server, or are some of the other components (SDB, maps, DBC?) still in development for this version.

If it is possible, How do I obtain the 1.12.2 DBC and Maps files? I can't seem to find the AD.exe extractor anymore.

The 1.12.1 to 1.12.2 didnt contain any content. All if was was a language fix for spansih i think. So in other words 1.12.1 and 1.12.2 are the same and there will be no performance or database changes made or needed. They exactly the same. Both clients can connect to the same server.
