Mangos and SDB

Ok plz explain me in steps what to do... I don't understand anytthing of how to update or use the newest changeset of SDB??
because all the SDB mangos.sql are like 433kb.

Which files do I have to download
which full pack and which hangeset, and How to update?
plz link everything.

in ur serv folder there has to be an acrobat-reader guide with pictures and everything use it. about the links, go and find them urself.
