Mangos and SQL Files

I guess I want to direct this question to all u smart peoples out ther.

I been following some of the guides out there and I got just a couple questions about a Mangos install.

When we download the Mangos core it comes with some files in the SQL folder. Now I understand that we execute the mangos.sql file using Navicat or similar from SilverDB, if that is the one u are using, and the same for the realmd.sql file. What are the mangos.sql, realmd.sql ,scripts.sql, creat_mysql.sql, and drop_mysql.sql files for that come with the core program for. Do we ever execute them? These are not in the updates folder, just one Folder above them in the SQL Folder of which Updates is a sub-folder.

I have Mangos Core 2723 and Silver DB 5.3 -303-2723 which should be perfectly compatible. But I thought for future reference, this info might be helpful.
