    [mangos] client crash

    Hello,

First, I know this has been discussed before, but I really can't find the threads anymore. Must be blind or something.

Running wow 1.12.2, mangos 2655, sdb rev 277
Downloaded the latest maps, and created them with the latest ad.exe
Server starts correctly, and gives no errors.

In certain areas the client crashes (server stays up and running)
    * elwyn forerst near the beginners area
    * minithil harbor.

    I'm at a loss, and really can't find a solution.:bomb:

    Please help,

    Huwa

i only get that when i spawn a new npc and then everyone in the area gets client crashes till restart or deletion.

so i'm clueless abou ur situation. try reinstall server or maybe this is a bug coming from latest revision and then u gotta wait for fix but need to report it on mangosproject first

    Hi,

I've solved it by taking an entire new database , now it works fine!
(backuped all the chars and reloaded them)

I have a similiar problem, client crashes with Stack Overflow error. I did a .addspw of a panther in Kharanos and whammo, crashed out. When I log back in, crashes again, so basically I have to restart the server, or create another character, and inch him forward enough to see the panther and then .delete it.

Strangely I could .addspw a few of the dragons in the middle of a city, and no crash.

    Hi guys,

    Currently I'm using this SDB 0.5.3 291_2674.
    Together with Mangos 2675.
    No problems regarding client crashes.

    Found it at this site

do you have all unarmed mobs/npc on your server?

take mangos 2686 , and sdb rev 291 from svn, it will fix that
