[Mangos] Connection Problems

Hi,
i have hosted a Mangos Server on my Computer and I , myself , can connect to it , but when anyone other in my network trys to connect he cant see his character list only his realm list and when he clicks on my realm it loads a few seconds and then he comes back to the realm list window PLS HELP ME GUYS :S
