(Mangos) Creating/updating a datbase to a newer revision.

Hello,

I've been searching for ages and i couldn't find anything that helps me so i ask it here.
Is it possible to compile all the update sql files to 1 database file that you just make an full database from all those diffrent files?

I'm using navicat but navicat can't import sql files so i can not update those files to a newer version, what i need to do?

Or does someone know how i can get all those new database files in the database from navicat? It's very hard for me to fine sicne all the guides are linking to the silver's site wich is dead.
