Is there some way to change name of faction or add new faction in game? Im running mangos server

Yes, DBC Editing. MMOwned - World of Warcraft Exploits, Hacks, Bots and Guides is the place to look.

I'm working on getting some guides for this kind of stuff together based on what I've learned, so hopefully I should be able to get those out in the next couple of weeks.
