Mangos, How to make custom monsters? Any Mangos Funservers out there?

Hey everyone, how do i make custom monsters in Mangos?
I cant get past level 60 in my server, so that is why i need to make custom monsters that are like level 70.

And are there any Funserver using Mangos out there?

You can edit the levels of monsters and spawn/de-spawn them. Is this what you're talking about mate?

What program are you using to make custom monsters?

i used mangos db handler i was in the proesses of spawing hyjal with monsters and town making it more like fun server before i switched over to mangos
