How would one rename cities and areas and stuff, also how would someone spawn an object ( say a building) and make it so it doesnt dissapear after server reset

you cant change the name of areas and cities, this is in game template :(

but ive seen it done in fun servers

only in AreaTable.dbc

You may be able to change how the C++ script reads that dbc file. and output the name diferently. Not sure but it will take you learning how to compile the server

how do i edit dbc file

To make the objects not disapear on server restart ju write .gobject spawn ID 1
the "1" makes the objects stay after restart
