Read the above posts, but it's 2605_realmd_account.sql patch ------
If you have problems with logging in your server - here is 2605_realmd_account.sql

ALTER TABLE `realmd`.`account`
ADD `v` longtext AFTER `sessionkey`, ADD `s` longtext AFTER `v`;
becouse your new release of core requires it to be this way(this is some securitiy patch - sql update: 2605_realmd_account.sql for realmd DB] Fixed: prevent client login to mangosd without authentication at realmd using cheating tools. Patch provided by GriffonHeart.)

It doesnt fix it.

try deleting your current mangos folder and copy a fresh revision then configurate that. worked for my map problems
