Mangos Navicat help

hey i have my mangos here ..did everything like the instructions said etc
now when i load my mangos i get stuck in handshaking and when i see the mangosd.exe opened and scroll up i see erros like it didnt find any of teh gamobjects file...or fishing loot..etc it says one by one there is an erros cause its empty
but when i go to navicat i see that the files are there..
so am i missing something?
do i have to do anything in navict so the program gets teh database that is inside navicat but not onthe sql folder? cause at the sql folder i onlt see the huge mangos file that navicat has inside since i made that batchfile thing according to teh instructions...
but once i do that and its inside navicar should i do anything to teh files i see on teh mangos category on navicat? so the server finds then when itloads...
