Mangos platinum 1.12.1 problem

I made my own 1.12.1 server running on mangos platinum, and I need help with commands, so I cant wear PvP armor because I don't have the required rank, is there a command to change this? I want some PvP armor and I cant figure out the command to change it help would be appreciated!
