Mangos Problem, Help!

i can't find any fixes on:

2007-04-21 16:56:10 ERROR:Map file './maps/0004331.map' is non-compatible version (outdated?). Please, create new using ad.exe program.
2007-04-21 16:56:10 ERROR:Correct *.map files not found in path './maps'. Please place *.map files in the directory pointed by this path or correct the DataDir value in the mangosd.conf file.

I'm using "." for the directory settings

Search the internet for a new ad.exe and run that one!
Then it should work

it doesnt help. i've downloaded the latest i can find on this forum... what one are you using then?

Hy, i set up a server at wow and when i start mangosd.exe, after it loads all the data ai keeps saying "[MOB]* moved to [some numbers]**". Can you tell me what can i do, or what i must have doned and didn't done?

* - the mob's name
** - some numbers

And, other problem is that when i try to join game, after i select the realm style and location, after i press ok, it appears a realm list with no realms in it, what can i do to show the realm at the realm list, or be loged directly without the realm selection?
