mangos randomly deletes accounts when players log off

ive had a player contact me about his account being deleted randomly after he logged off. When he logged back in it wasnt there and its not in the database either. Why is that happening?

EDIT: it bans the account for some reason not delete it...

yea thats what it was it thought someone cheated to complete a quest b/c it was done to fast so it banned i figured that out once i saw the cheat log in my dir XD...

Yeah that happened to basically everyone, make sure your running an updated mangos/db.

disable cheat mode i mean the kick and ban part cuz there are alot of wrong quests so players may take them ... or so and thats why anticheat bans them just let anticheat tell u when someone is cheating and check what his done before ban them
