Releasing FrogWoW Alpha 01
Some of you might have noticed that latest releases of Mangos require the password field in your realm database to be encrypted. Seeing how that site in the sticky couldn't handle that I figured I'd write my own from scratch.

What is this?
FrogWoW Alpha 01 is the absolute very basic in sites. It is however based on my entire framework (hence the size ) which means that it's the perfect basis to extend from. It's completely template based so changing its appearance should be a piece of cake - at least, I hope so since I hate designing and just wrote something quick and dirty that isn't at all pleasant to look at :icon6:

How to use this:
Extract the zip file in your webservers root. Open the config.ini and change the values for username / pass for your databases. So far only the realm database extension is used so make sure at least that one works. Edit the news.txt if you want the welcome page to say something else.

What does it do?
If you already have a running webserver and WoW server this will let you make a website to create accounts for your server in about 2 minutes. 30 seconds if you're intelligent. People can then register with your server.

ToDo List:

• Add a (user) search.
• Add a news system with RSS feeds.
• Add an installation page
• Modify template to have expandable menu's.

Note that I'll work on ToDo list items when I feel like it, so there's no telling when they'll be put trough, if at all :icon6:

Alpha 03 done. See startpost.

Changelog:

• Added account list (see /accounts)
• Added user login function (see /login and /logout)
• Disabled PHP's error reporting which caused a list of errors when invalid database data was entered.
• Changed config.ini location to root for easer acces.
• Added a news.txt file in root so in order to change the news all you have to do is edit that file

I'll upload alpha 04 in a few hours, has quite a few improofments, but is upgradable from alpha 03 :smile:

Thanks :smile: By the way, if anyone feels like creating a new template I'd be more than happy to help him, designing isn't really my strong suite but the entire site is template based so creating new ones should be easy as pie :icon6:

The folder does not need to exist - it is a virtual folder. As for your error, see PM / read google on enabling mod_rewrite! :smile:

I get Error 403 Forbidden when i go to mine, and when i delet the .htaccess file i can go to it but i cant create an account i get the folder does not exist thing... any help? im guessing its the .htaccess file...
