Mangos Server: Gouge & Stealth

I set up a Mangos WoW server for single-player use:

Mangos 2794 ScriptDev 147 Anticheat 1.5
SilverDB 0.5.3 Changeset 11-2794

Stealth
I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix stealth? I've only played on a single server so far where it actually works. No matter how early I stealth or where I position myself I will be spotted, I can get closer without aggro WITHOUT using stealth. This kind of defeats the purpose of stealth.

Gouge
Is there a method of resolving the problem where attacks continue even though you used gouge? Even a macro solution would be acceptable.

Wish there was some type of resolution to these problems, especially stealth. This makes rogues almost unplayable and they are my favorite class....

I just wonder why on those few servers stealth actually worked.

On some posts here people say it was working at one point, in the absolute newest mangos stealth still broken?
