[Mangos] server starting problem

Hello,

this is my first wow server, and I need some help.
I downloaded latest(I guess) Mangos repack for 2.2.3, and followed the readme -helper.
I managed to make the server, but when I'm starting realmd.exe and mangos.exe, it is not working, all it says on mangos:

ImageShack - Hosting :: problem2op5.gif
and I'm not able to type anything in there
(You need to type the "character-creating-code-thing" there I guess?)

I'm waiting for replies, would be good if replies would come fast. Also thankful for some tips and tricks!

if the repack is the one that is in the sticky by karnage it wont work with out his or her config file, which he or she forgot to include in the .rar the last working verson of mangos was 2.1.x
