Mangos sever 2.0.10-(need help pls)

I made a private wow
with mangos 2.0.10 all-1 pack

but most of the professions are bugged
-like enchanting i have runed copper rod but i can't make any enchants
-or skinning got the knife but i can't skinn
it are mostly the profession where u need something.

can anyone pls help me

This is a known bug. As far as I know there are no fixes as of yet.
