Mangos Sql IP's & mangoscms

Need some help with the db and the mangoscms web for mangos. How I change the ip of the sql host, because when other ppl go to connect to my server, login works but the server list see that server is offline and i can't make a char. Only I changed the ip from realmlist sql table, any know for sql works online with mangos?

And how i can put for mangoscms works when any ppl put my ip in the search IE bar?( For the moment only works in localhost)
