Mangos TBC 2.0.8 i got a problem, help?

Well im having a problem everytime i try to connect to the server from a remote computer, it handshake and all, but when it tries to log in it fails and just says logging in to game server (after select realm and before retrieving character list), and then again a window with select realm option, i cant get out of this loop, anyone has an idea?? i want to solve it, if you wanna try to log in your self just tell me and i will add the address, thx in advance!

means your server is down. check ur SQL pass n usernames
