mangosd.exe not working - Can't find map?

I have setup my database, maps, dbc and sql files

I run realmd.exe first and then mangosd.exe next and I get this error message:

Does anybody know what is causing this error?

UPDATE: I figured out my error.

I had to edit my mangosd.conf to point my mangos directory.

Update: I spoke too soon the program is taking up 100&#37; CPU what is it doing?
