Missing Content

I've just installed Mangos 2.0.8 and from what I've seen, there's a TON of content either broken or missing. For example, C'Thun(final AQ40 boss), doesn't eye beam you, or spawn adds. Or Buru(mid AQ20 boss) has mobs around him from another boss. Half of my warrior's skills are broken or don't stack correctly. Trinkets don't have the correct 30 sec equip cooldown. And all the time on my lock, I get the error "You are on a transport" when casting. So, I've got a few questions...

Is this just a problem with my version? Should I be using a different version for more realist boss fights?Is it possible for me to script these fights? And if so, how?

Why are these spells and abilities failing miserably? I figured if it's going to be limited content at least those would work properly.

You'd think that it would work, wouldn't you? The most I can suggest is that you find MDH, and make some spell/ability changes yourself... Like I did... "The best things in life aren't free", eh?
