Multiple connections through 1 IP

I can only have 1 connection for each IP address. My server is a live server and my wow client is version 2.3.
At my friend's house only 1 person can connect to my server and the rest cannot. Could someone please help?

This is not involved server side, everyone only has 1 IP Address for a WoWServer.
you need to give more details.

Does he have a router?
Cause if not that means only one PC can connect to the internet at a time. Unless you bypass that as making your computer a router.

my friend does have a router as do i. but when more than one person using the same internet connection tries to connect to my server, it won't let them. When they try to log in it just says Success! and it just halts there. the server i'm using is Ascent 2.3.0 revision 2422.
