multiple server and talent point questions

Hey guys. I'm writing this on a cell phone so be very patient with me.Question 1: If I have a working Mangos server running and I want to try the a... uhh... ok I can't open multiple IE windows to find out the name but that other server, lol. Do they use the same databases? Or do I have to set that one up seperately?Question 2: Is there any way to make my character gain 3 talent points per level as supposed to just one?Thank guys! I tried searching but it was painfully useless on the cell phone. x_X
