Mysql (database character crashed)

I have a big problem with my sql.
After reboot my characters was crashed.
When i copy this file characters.MYD appears erorr (CRC)
I can't open this file with notepad.
How i CAN restore my database?
Please i very need your help.

cant only if you have maked a backup.. or mayby if your post your sql here but ppl could steal it so.... make a new db just the regular one or if you have backed it up you could restore it....

Ya theres to many different mangos DB set up's thats a bad down flaw..

well this is a easy fix.. you can do one or 2 things..

where ever your C:/MySQL/MySQL 5.0/Data/mangos/

is you can replace characters.MYD from a nother database, untill you find the correct one..

or you can open up navicat

mangos DB

and select the table characters

and try to add the correct tabel lay out..

but the easyest way would be to copy paste.

and when you do try to edit your mangos around with the back door, grab all 3 files

and save the old one and start your editing from there,

if you left click on the navicat table of one of the DB, you will see a design table. you can design the table to match the old table, and not have any problems.. if you do it correctly.
