Mysql Password Incorrect

I updated my server to 2.1.1,its ok,but my register page saw my pass is incorrect,but its correct! And now,i cant enter in SQLyog,my password is correct,but this say no, anyone can help me to search my password,have chance?

I get a problem similar to this, for some reason, every time I boot up my computer, my SQL password won't let me into SQLYog (nor will it let me activate logonserver.exe), but I go into Instace Config Wizard for MySQL and change the password, so I alternate between two passwords. Try that out.
