Mysql Question(remote connection)

Can I connect to my Mysql Database of my server from another Pc ... so I can change some lines always when I want to :closedeye (I know the my mysql pass ...) So is it possible and how?

yep... use the last versions of phpmyadmin... there is not forbidden mysql db root manage from remote machine and password is instantly required when connect :) enjoy :)

Could you be more specific? I just can't find where to configurate Ip of the server I wanna connect with phpmyadmin ...
