NCDB 554 error in query creatute_proto

Hey need help plz!

Seems like a problem on my end. For the past couple revisions, I can't run them... Tried SQLyog, keep getting errors. Most of the time it executes like 50-100 queries and then gets an error, usually resulting like this:

I've seen several people saying this but I never found a solution.

I didn't bother making a DB since it automatically does. I just clicked "Restore from SQL Dump."
