Does anyone know how I get the actual Halloween EVENTS (Shade of the Horseman attacking the cities, Headless Horseman in SM, masked orphans etc) to work?

Database incomplete missing the following instances, spell112 and account_data

i think account_data problem has ascent revisions. Try another rev.

Any fix for creature_proto respawntime = 0 ?.....many creature from instance have not respawn
or i should do that manualy..?

I get an error when the players are choosing characters.
