Need DEVS + GM's

[FONT=Arial Black][SIZE=2]Hello, im writing this because im looking for some new people to be part of my server. First off let me tell you abit about what im looking for:

Im looking for people who have the same motivation as me, somone who will commit 110% to this project. Im looking for creative and inovative people, who will help bring our server forward. And be the best it can be. If you dont share this goal, then stop reading here and look for some other server.


You need to beable to work in a team, we are a few dedicated people who do great things together, if you want to be part of that team, we expect no less than 110% commitment. There is great advantages to this, as we all know each other well, and get along. Work gets done at a nearly sureal pace.

We are looking for programmers AND Normal Game Masters for customer support.

For Game Masters looking for a in-game position:
We expect no less than 3 hours game time a night. This is alot of time to commit, but those willing to will become part of our team. And have fun while they work.
You need to get a kick from helping people for this, you will get many young kids, and many complex questions, so excelent english is required. You will need the patience of a saint, and truly belive in what you do. You will be reporting to the head GM daily, so the ability to express yourself is a bonus here. You will be our main source for seeing what people want, we will look to you for what to add to the server, and you will be are direct link to our players.

For any Developers to work on the servers itself.
Im looking for talented people who are willing and able to take this server forward. As a developer you will need a high standard of technical knoledge, this is mainly programming, and scripting.
You will need to follow instructions, and work somtimes on a project by your self. You must be self reliant and just get on with the job. We do not want anyone that needs me to hold there hand to get anything done.
Again you will be expected to put 3 hours work in a day. You will work with others like you, and become part of a solid team. I cannot stress how much motivation i want from any of my staff. You must all want to make this server work as much as me. Thats the only way we will become the best.

Ah, can a mod move this (Sorry for wrong section).
And also, its the default font for posting on mmowned, just copy/pasted it from there. Personally I like it. But all to his own :)
