[Need Help] Ascent time out issue

Hey im pretty new to the server creation world but i fugured as long as i had some spare time i may as well do something interesting, i had my server running fine GM commands worked and all was great but then after a pc restart this happened when ever Ascent-world.exe was about to finish.

Any advice in how to get it working or ideas on why its doing this would be great :)
