Need help extracting maps from 2.0.0 client

Hi experts, I'm trying to run a standalone WOW server on my own pc with client 2.0.0 (the one downloaded from bliz official site). So far have got the DBs installed but having some problem with maps.

My search for maps in this forum returned me with some download links on rapidshare, megaupload etc. But unfortunately non-of them worked from my location. So I'm trying to extract my own maps from the game.

I downloaded ad.exe and try to use it, it seems to be expecting patch.mpq, patch-2.mpq, terrian.mpq and dbc.mpq. However in my data folder there is only one common.mpq. So I guess bliz have changed the file structure in ver2.0.0. SO i'm stuk here now.

I'm not sure if somebody have kindly built a new version of "ad.exe" which works with the 2.0.0 game. If there is, could someone please let me know? Thanks a lot.

I'm also searching for an application which can handle theese new *.mpq files. I've got WinMPQ already but it can handle only the old mpq-s (like the ones in 1.12.x). Anyone knows a working program that can actually not only extract, but also browse the new mpq files?
