ok i have been hearing people say to delete yrou catch file well i would love to but where can i find it what is its name.i looket through all program files and still have not found any thing that say's catch file or any thing close to it. please help
its called your cache file lol Just go to your WoW directory usually C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft and when your there look around for a folder that says Cache inside is WDB inside that is enUS (depending wat language of WoW you run) and then inside is all these little files. Delete all these files and your done. in order of going about this is C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Cache\WDB\enUS
ok thank you now i deleted the file's when i cheaket bakc in the folder they cam right back is that what they are supposed to do or what?Also oen more problim i have its with logging into my server soem time's.most teh time it work's great logg's me rigth in goes straght to charicter pick.now soem times i log in it say's connected and stay's that way when i press cancle and try again same thing.soem times when i press cancel and try again it let sme go to charicter select so im not sure whats up with that.Originally Posted by DEMONZ
well its supposed to come back for the reason that the cache folder holds the information of items npcs and creatures of the server you log into. for example lets say you go to some server that has items and armors with all stats 9999999. now if you go to another server thats like blizzlike and you dont delete the cache folder then when u see those items that were 9999999 on that other server its gonna look like that on the blizzlike server you playing. its a visual but not the real stats. and to help with your weird connecting problem i dunno what to tell u man =/
