This was in wow because it was primarily a wow inspired story and is in a wow-style universe. Therefore, I am looking specifically for people who are good in coding and prefer to know something or have some sort of enjoyment with wow. Therefore, this is the right section if I'm looking for wow enthusiasts who are good at coding or model designing. I know there are plenty of them around :)

Lmao! Honestly, if you can't figure out something as simple as where to post something, you're not gonna get anywhere trying to make a game. And I'm guessing, from your title of "Project Leader", you're not actually gonna really DO anything for your planned MMORPG besides stand there and tell people who actually have skills what to do... or are you planing on "hiring" someone else to do that for you? (I mean, you'd probably be better off handing the project over to someone that knows to post a thread like this in the RECRUITMENT section). Just my 2 cents ^,~

Okay besides the obvious wrong section... what experience do you have as a project leader. MMO's take anywhere from 2-5 years to produce. And usually the project leader has completed a project.

Most project leaders are prepubescent kids who just saw a special on g4. The projects tend not to flow well also since they have no tech leads of the individual teams working with other departments. This is if you actually hold the project together for longer then 2 weeks.
