NEW TBC Mangos [2617]

The TBC mangos revision was looking a little old so i thought i'd whip out a new one. I tried going even newer but the client kept crashing. I'll keep working on it. Hopefully we'll get an even newer one ;).


NOTE: To use this revision you need to use the NEWER version of Ad.exe available from the Mangos SVN. Also you need to update creature_template and quest_template accordingly in your database.
