New to this, any complete starter guides?

I'm not new to hosting private servers, I used to host a lot of MU servers, but WoW is completely new to me.

What I understand is that Mango's is the server emulator, im still trying to figure out what Silvers DB is for, and there's some other things im just unaware of.

Is there a complete starter guide that will explain all of this to me? I'd like to set up a WoW 1.12.1 Private server, I already have the client and the patch, and these are the files I have on my dedicated server right now.

DBc 1.12.1
SDB_0.6.4_FULL
maps.tar.gz

So are these all the files I am going to need? Is there anything im missing? Are there any guides for 1.12.1 servers, all I see right now is 2.x.x servers (Burning Crusade?) So any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. you cant create a 1.12.1 server with this revision.
2. with this mangos rev you can create a 2.0.12 for both (wow and bc).
3. for the SDB you need a running mysql server, in the sdb are all items, mobs, character, npcs and all this stuff stored

Ok, well I downloaded TBC ahead of time, so Im going to install that now.

But if I install it, I can still play original WoW on my server as well, and BC?

And what is the DBC 1.12.1 Do I need it if im going to do BC?

If you install bc you cant play the normal wow anymore, just bc.
But the server supports wow and bc.
You need 2.0.12 dbc for it. Just search a bit around
