no mail system, no tame beast quest, and a rare quest error

1-The mail system doent exist (there are not mailers in nowhere)

I think this is the fault:

How to fix it?

2- I talk with dalazar but he only show me the skills or spells i could buy, but he does not show the quest for taming beast skill.

i saw, with Mangos Database Handler, the mangos DB info of Dalazar and it seems to be good (belive me).

I think i do not know some trick like hold shift + click when i will try it.

3-When someone try finalize a quest, it gives your experience, your item, and your cash, but when you try to talk to this same npc it gives the same quest that you right now haved done!

you're probably using an old mangos version. update to latest db and core. if you still have problems browse
