NPCs and weapon carrying enemies don't have weapons equipped

Been able to set up my own personal server for BC 2.0.6.6337 but for some reason once I'm fully logged in none of the npcs or enemies having to hold weapons are shown with out any. When you start fighting them they fight barehanded. Anyone went through this problem before? Been searching with google and the forums and haven't come up with a solution. Thanks to anyone willing to help.

TBC servers are extremely buggy. You gotta wait until there are good releases.
