If you don't have our accounts backed up, and deleted the accounts table, then I know of no way to restore it.

what... theres no way to add a account table script. Well I got the SQL uplaoded for MANGOS and the DBC and SDB(but SDB seems same thing as SQL I got uploaded). and I go the maps. So where is the thing to launch it?

I fixed it but more headaches the RS does not want to connect right going to turn off anti-virus/firewall and check settings for conf.
what is the deal with that all the conf. is the same and anti-virus/firewall is turned off!

try using your local IP address in the conf files, instead of using "localhost"
Mine is dynamic and will just change the only problem is the RS when I try to log in I get to the handshaking part and next it says unable to connect. Theres got to be a error in the configuration of my setup somewhere just need help finding it here is an updated pic.
No wonder you've got problems! You gotta set it up right so it can connect to your database. Make sure you are using the right username and password that you set when installing mysql.
Your problem is your RS config file is set to ip LOALHOST instead of localhost
