Online server not working

so i saw in a other post to make configs like this

Antirx conf.
<Database Hostname = "localhost"
<Listen Host = "0.0.0.0"

Logonserver conf.
<LogonDatabase Hostname = "localhost"
<Listen Host = "0.0.0.0"
ISHost = "0.0.0.0"

realms conf.

<LogonServer Address = "127.0.0.1"
Port = "8093"
Name = "Default Logon"
RealmCount = "1">

<Realm1 Name = "NameOfServer"
Address = "external ip:8129"
Icon = "PVP"
Colour = "1"
Population = "1.0"
TimeZone = "1">

i have done that and i can connect to it bud other players cant. i have opent ports

8085 tcp
3724 tcp
3306 tcp
8129 tcp
8093 tcp

And stil people cant connect
