Paladin bugs

I got my server working, and made a paladin to test it all out. I leveled him a bit, and got skills and whatnot...but for some reason I can use multiple seals at the same time, and I can't use Judgement at all.

Any ideas why this is, if it can be fixed, and if not if there are any other bugs like this?

It is bug on every server's, you dont find a server whit no bug

I think someone working on bugs, dont know but to then you youst have to live whit that pala bug
