When i'm trying to get on my Acsent Private Server with patch 2.3x
It dont work, when i try to join other server's (WoWscape, Ani-wow)
it also dont work. I dont get the error of the wrong patch.
But i get 'Connect' and it dont load anymore.
More people do have problems with this, or someone knows how to fix this?
Help should be great!
Lol saw it coming. 2.3 isn't fully implemented yet. Give it some time.
I think it gets released today. If not by tomorrow for sure.

i updated, and then it screwed up my server, i'm trying all i can to try to find a fix,
my problem: i cannot log into my server, gets stuck at connected
My friend has problems also. I hear if u compile the lastest AScent from SVN then you should be good (r2331 TRUNKS)
just downgrade! It works, follow the guide and if u can't find a patch-2.mpq, just move patch.mpq to desktop. You can go up to any version but not 2.3.0 is all and to open WoW, just run WoW.exe instead of launcher and it will work for now. Stop posting about the problem so they can work on it :cloud:

The problem is that there is no maps of dbc's yet for 2.3

EDIT: how do i downgrade from 2.3.0 to 2.2.3 without reinstalling or patching up from 2.0, i don't want to install all thoses patches

yeah not possible.. and to my knowledge you can get ur 2.3 up and running but good luck getting the items and what not.. saw some item converters and stuff on google.. but .. wow have fun with that..
Nope but im interested in finding out how that goes as well... iff need be i can setup a server real quick running mango .. lol.. but i despise mangos :P
