peep of the phoenix is a trinket made for Flying mounts in azeroth,. So itt snot jsut a SQL file, its databse editing

its also a actual peep the phoniex mount too, its used by a whistle but it doesnt work for some reason

the outlands is the burning crusade place eg. where shattrath, nagrad, netherstorm etc is. just look at ur map zoomed out and youll see it.

you must have burning crusade to go there
