Yes so, I want a website for my server for ppl to use to create accounts on it. But I don't know how to do it.

So I searched through these forums and I find links to a few good ones. The one I want to use is Board Message

I am using MySQL with Navicat and I'm also using Xampp. Is there any good tuts out there or something for me to learn how to do this?

You don't need a tutorial...it's so damn easy. Just read the README that comes with it and you'll be good to go. It's not rocket science...
