You could.. just change the realmlist.wtf to the official wow server. And just keep your other server up and running.
but the warden doesn't detect the server, and i could'nt get ban ?
I don't know about the ban part, but I do know that you could run both. To be safe, I wouldn't do both to be honest.

no but players have complained about it searching your temporary files and finding discrepancies. If you plan to play live and on PS... delete your WDB folder often.

I'd go with yes it is. And there's no harm in shutting your server down before you play live, I'd just do it even if it wasn't detected.
well i have been playing real WoW with my server running for about 6months and i have not got banned yet i have never delete the WDB file and i have never got banned yet so dont worry about it

Sigh, Please don't spin crap when you have no idea what warden is or does. No you will not get banned for having both. If Blizzard came to your house and found you, you would be sued.
Warden scans the active memory/dll files to make sure nothing is changed, When you connect to a private server you only change the realmlist, And Warden doesn't care about that because WoW can connect to different servers depending where you live, China/Europe/America etc. and the Test realm.
No you will not get banned.
